Before finalizing your purchase, we encourage you to reach out to us at admin@pointblankstudio.com with any queries. To ensure the perfect fit, please refer to our detailed size charts and consider the model's measurements provided.

Returns & Exchanges:

We honor returns and exchanges for items that remain in pristine condition. Should you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please contact admin@pointblankstudio.com with your order details. Availability for size exchanges is contingent on our current stock. We will only process returns or exchanges once we've received the item in its original state, complete with packaging and tags.For those moments of reconsideration, we gracefully accept returns within 14 days of purchase, offering either a credit note or a full refund.Please be aware that items on sale or discount are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and customs fees.

Postage for Returns & Exchanges:

The responsibility for shipping costs related to returns or exchanges due to personal preferences lies with the customer. Point Blank Studio will cover return shipping only for faulty items. We do not refund shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We urge you to ensure secure shipping for returns, as we cannot be held accountable for items lost in transit.

Faulty Items:

If you suspect a fault with your purchase, please reach out to admin@pointblankstudio.com within 3 days of receiving, providing photographs of the issue. We will assess the fault and, if validated, will process a refund. We reserve the right to decline returns if the damage appears self-inflicted.For verified faulty items, we will bear the return shipping costs. However, if the return is declined due to not meeting our standards, the shipping cost will be your responsibility.
